Our company was established in 1994 by Albert Dravins and Eamonn Scanlon who have together gained over 50 years of experience throughout the industry.

Since the inception of Modebest there has been controlled sustained growth in turnover, the services we offer, the acquisition of state of the art plant, cranes, concrete pumps and falsework systems, and the employment of highly qualified, experienced key staff and personnel.

Our company is now an established 23 year old solid business with a well-known name which is synonymous with safety, quality, on-site performance and value-for-money on time project delivery.

Our company offers a professional service and construction solution within our specialised field of operation, delivered by competent, skilled, experienced, safety-conscious personnel in order to fulfil our contractual obligations and to exceed our client’s expectations at a price that represents value.

We operate in four distinctive yet complimentary fields enabling us to offer a one-stop shop to our clients. We retain all of our own personnel, staff and modern plant enabling us to carry out all of our operations in-house. We are flexible in our approach to methods of working and contractual arrangements with our clients.

We have excellent accreditations that we are proud of which demonstrate our credibility and our capability to construct a quality product without compromising safety.
