Working in SAFEMODE

We implement a policy of ‘Safety First’ and our own bespoke working safely behavioural culture which we call ‘SAFEMODE’. We have created this in-house initiative in order to ensure that all of our site personnel endorse a working safely behavioural culture. We demand that we work safely without compromise in everything that we do; it’s at the core of our business.

Low Carbon and Sustainable Construction

We are committed to the Government’s Construction 2025 Strategy for the industry, which incorporates the objectives and forward thinking with respect to low carbon and sustainable construction. We embrace the earlier reform construction initiatives instigated by the Latham, Egan and Wolstenholme reports.

Embedded within our construction processes are the mechanisms to ensure that low carbon and sustainable solutions are promoted, ensuring that these parameters are kept to the fore and that these considerations are first on the agenda throughout the planning, procuring and through the construction process on site.
