Modebest receive a Considerate Constructors Scheme performance award for our Principle Contractor project at Fulham High Street

Modebest are proud to have received a Considerate Constructors Scheme performance award during April 2016 for our project at Fulham High Street. We are the Principle Contractor on this design and build project for Enabling and Archaeological works incorporating sheet piling, bored piling, basement excavation and reinforced concrete foundations. The client is Meyer Bergman, MB Fulham Limited, and the Project Managers are Stace.

We have received a Considerate Constructors Performance beyond compliance Certificate for our project performance. Our site complied with the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice by achieving a score of 7 or above in each of the five compliance sections. We achieved an average score ‘Excellent’ which is an 8.

Emma Moy from CCS states in the executive summary, ‘the site appearance remains very professional, the gate man and entrance to the site create a positive impression to both visitors to site and the general public. The project manager, Niranjan, has continued to have a good rapport with the local church and the appointed person on behalf of the residents. Environmental information has been collated electronically, again good use of the 6F2 crushed arisings from site sources for the piling mat. Excellent recent score from the consultant safety advisor which reflects the site’s commitment to safe systems of work. Value of the workforce was apparent, we understand that the company now carries out occupational health risk assessments for operatives carrying out high risk activities and a trainee Project Manager is involved with this project.
